IMMIGRANT LEGAL RESOURCE CENTER

The San Francisco-based Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), in collaboration with the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild, is offering technical assistance on provisions of the Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act of 1997 (NACARA) that apply to persons from El Salvador and Guatemala.
Free Service to All Practitioners
NACARA RECORDED MESSAGE HOTLINE. To access a regularly updated hotline message concerning new NACARA-related developments, call 415-255-9499 x. 203. The message is in English and is intended for immigration practitioners, not their clients.
REGULAR E-MAIL UPDATES. The ILRC will be sending our regular e-mail alerts on the NACARA. To automatically subscribe to these updates, send an e-mail to listserv@ilrc.org, and put "SUBSCRIBE NACARA" in the body of your message. No subject line is required. The ILRC would appreciate it if private attorneys would send a small donation for this service to the address listed below.
Consultation Services Available to Staff of Nonprofit Agencies and Pro Bono Attorneys in California
California nonprofit agency staff and pro bono attorneys (but not their clients) can ask the ILRC attorney-of-the-day questions about the NACARA.
