Support NILC's Work

Since 1979, NILC has been dedicated to protecting the rights of low-income immigrants and their family members.  In the past 20 years, NILC has earned a national reputation as a leading expert on immigration, public benefits, and employment laws affecting immigrants and refugees.  The Center's extensive knowledge of the complex interplay between immigrants' legal status and their rights under U.S. laws is an essential resource for legal aid programs, community groups, and social service providers across the country.

NILC's work is made possible by foundation grants, publication sales, and tax-deductible contributions from individuals and groups.  Despite this country's origins as a nation founded by immigrants, immigrants to the U.S. continue to face hurdles that keep them from participating fully in their new communities.  Donations from individuals and groups are crucial to NILC's ability to help ensure that newcomers are treated fairly and humanely and given the chance to make contributions to American society.

To make an online donation to NILC, click here.  If you prefer to make your donation via a check, please make it out to "National Immigration Law Center" and mail it to the following address:

NOTE:  Donations to NILC are fully deductible to the extent the law allows for individuals who itemize deductions on their income tax returns, because NILC is a public charity.  However, NILC does not give tax advice, and charitable contributions are subject to various limitations.  For additional information, we suggest that you consult your tax advisor.

THANK YOU!
